This is my page devoted to Final Fantasy VII, the most impressive RPG ever created. The plot goes something like this: an ex-member of an elite fighting force called SOLDIER named Cloud has been hired by a rebel group called Avalanche to fight Shinra, the company he once worked for. He meets up with Barret, the leader of Avalanche, and Tifa, an old childhood friend, and soon joins Avalanche in its crusade to save the planet. If you have not experienced Final Fantasy VII, then you need to go to your local Software Etc., Babbages, Electronic Boutique, etc., and ask a sales-person. They will almost always tell you it is the best RPG or game they have ever played. I know I think it is. My friends Scott, Matt, and Steven have all played the game in one way or another, either at my house, or somewhere else. Steven bought a PlayStation JUST for Final Fantasy VII and any other SquareSoft games that might be coming out soon. Scott has liked it so much he has agreed to help me with a little idea I have called Final Fantasy VII 1/2. Ever since I named Cait Sith after Matt, he has been trying to play the game at every possible oppurtunity. That's how good the game is.

Final Fantasy VII-related Stuff

Good news for you PC owners who are about to plop down 250 bucks for Final Fantasy VII, a PlayStation, and a memory card. SquareSoft is going to release Final Fantasy VII on computer. As far as I know, all they are going to mess with is the code (including some optimazation for 3dfx's Voodoo). The unofficial release date is SECOND quarter 1998. Final Fantasy IV, V, and VI are going to be released on PlayStation sometime in 1998, as is Final Fantasy Tactics, Chocobo's Mysterious Dungeon, and Saga Frontier.

  • 11/28. Happy Thanksgiving! While I'm in the holiday spirit, I might post a Roasted Chocobo recipe on the Chocobo Recipes page. I apologize to anyone who has e-mailed me within the past couple of weeks. From now on, I'm not going to reply to FF7 e-mail about the game, but I will get to the old messages.   • 11/22. Sorry for not updating in a LONG time, but my hard drive was having problems. Now I have a new modem but I can't access my e-mail for a while longer. I will cease to update this page while I am working on my new page that will cover a wide variety of games, and it will still have the files I have right now on Final Fantasy VII. I thank everyone who has e-mailed me or featured a link to my page or stuff on my page. Anyone who has tried to contact me on ICQ or IRC, I am sorry. But soon, you will be able to see Alpha Lair, the rebirth of this page. I have pretty much stopped playing Final Fantasy VII because it's starting to get...boring. I am interested in other stuff right now, like Bethesda Softworks's Daggerfall and GoldenEye 007. My new page will feature sections on both of these excellent games. Long live Final Fantasy VII!
  • 10/31. Whoa! It's been a long time since I updated. Lotsa people have emailed me about materia stuff, so I will be updating the materia list, possibly making it into html. Johnny Hong has made me a logo, so now you will be greeted by a psychedelic modification of my previous image. Jedi Knight has been sucking up my time, as the multiplayer function is addicting. Look for me on #jediknight on an Undernet server. I also have ICQ now, my # is 4578720 if you need to contact me.
  • 10/17. Designed specifications of Neo Midgar. Soon, I'll have .txt format FF7 1/2 files to peruse for your viewing pleasure.
  • 10/15. Scott has designed Neo Midgar. All limit breaks have been finished and two hidden characters have been added. I still need a digital camera or scanner.
  • 10/14. Scott has begun to sketch out major bosses, weapons. I have finished designing weapons and limit breaks. I REALLY NEED A DIGITAL CAMERA. -phew-.
  • 10/7. Began work on writing out ideas, sketching designs for Final Fantasy VII 1/2 with Scott Bachman. Proofreading done by Scott Bachman, Steven Lowe, Matt Hellier.
  • 10/7. Got Master Command, Master Magic.
  • 10/6. Killed Ruby Weapon.
  • 10/5. All characters level 99.
  • 10/3. Killed Emerald Weapon.
  • 9/2X. Beat the game.
  • 9/17. Started web page.
